whats for dinner tonight?

the day is draaaaaaaaaaaagging so i figured i'd ask a question.

i wanted to make a leek-mushroom quiche with roasted potatoes and salad for dinner, but apparently the hubs doesn't like eggs for dinner (the things you learn about one another after marriage!!!).

so instead i am going to make a roasted vegetable pot pie.

my mummy came by on Sunday and brought us some food including korean marinated beef. It's defrosting right now and all i have to do is make some rice and a veggie. love when my mom hooks me up with food

dh is cooking tonight...dont recall which dish is tonight and which is tomorrow night....its either lasagna or stuffed peppers.

im making minestrone--- but need ideas for a yummy salad. I need to make it interesting for DH -- i like plain salad with oil and vinegar or oil and lemon..... he needs like the whole shabang!!! Anyone have any ideaS?

man all of your dinners sound good. i'm having a sandwich b/c i need a small meal since i have to head to the gym tonight cuz i overslept this morning
