I think it's the kind of dress! I had a wrap dress on on just about the windiest of May 2011 while I was carrying a bunch of breakable crap. My FIL had to hold my skirt down. Mostly because everyone was laughing and taking pictures instead of helping.

most of my dresses are either straight fit or are a drapy fabric so it doesnt happen. but I do have one new dress which is kind of a wrap skirt and let me say that my hand is perpetually stuck to the front while walking LOL

Wrap dresses are the worst with that! I'm thinking of bringing back the giant gold clothespin from the 'kilt' I wore in highschool.

I wore those damn things from kindergarten to senior year in HS! THIRTEEN years!

Did I ever *actually* wear the pin though, I don't think so. No wonder homeless men congregated down the block from the school.
