Hopefully... after DH gets home from work on Sat Night - we'll evacuate!

We're off on Vacation to upstate NY til after Labor Day!

Just went food shopping :) have tons of wine and snacks and DH just fueled up the generator! Hurricane party??? Lol :)

Umm my coworker just emailed that her building manager said that downtown manhattan may even be evacuated?!?!

Is that extreme or what? holyyy moly.

I just heard that, too. My mom said she saw it on the news. Crazy!

Well, we have 3 6-packs of beer, 6 bottles of wine, and a bunch of snacks. And a gallon of water.

Will grab batteries and toilet paper tomorrow.

We are supposed to be going camping this weekend, but obviously it's cancelled.

So we are just going to stay home which is fine because we live in an apt. in my parent's house. So at least we have company.

We were supposed to go out east to the property our union owns but that got cancelled obviously! AND DH is a groomsman in a wedding in October and the shower is supposed to be Sunday. I keep asking the sister and she says it's still on (in Farmingdale). I called the resturant and they said as long as the host want it, they will stay open!!!! But we live in Queens so I'll make a decision the morning of the shower...

So to answer the question, DH and I will be home probably packing up the apartment this weekend. We're going shopping later today and will pick up the essentials. I have plenty of wine and beer in the fridge so at least that's covered!

And maybe some 'baby making PRACTICE'

we were supposed to take our TTD this weekend in PA but we just rescheduled! @#)*&@(*$^@&*^#(*!&#)(*!&#

I guess we'll be hanging out in Queens. Hopefully it won't be as bad as they it will be
