Where do you imagine you and hubby in 5-10 years?

We were just talking about this the other day since we're currently looking for homes, and got to talking about where we'll be within 10 years. Kind of crazy to imagine it.

But God willing, I'd love to have about 2-3 kids by this point, and most likely either living in the home we're going to purchase now or maybe moving a bit into Nassau so we can have a bigger space.

Yes, baby fever all the way. It's getting worst now!!!

In 5 years I would like to have 1 child, maybe working on the 2nd, and still living in our home now.

In 10 years I want to have 2 children and a house (right now we're in a co-op)

Definately a bigger house! Ours is the smallest house I've ever been inside!

I hope it's all fixed to our liking by then

And a boat!

Anddd....if we're ready, MAYBE 1 kid. Or working on it...

ETA: And a puppy! We want one as soon as we move.

In 5 years, I want to have baby #2 and hopefully a house by then.

In 10 years, maybe baby #3? A nice house and a career.

In 10yrs, I'll be too old to have any more kids so hopefully enjoying my kids and traveling.

In 5 years, I hope to be living in a beautiful house and have one child already, working on having #2. I also hope to have a great career, and to be financially stable

In 10 years, hoping to have 3 children by then and enjoying life with DH and our kids.

hopefully in 5 years our house will be completely renovated - this includes finishing the basement and then den which we don't really use right now, only for storage. I imagine us having 2 kids who are happy, healthy, smart and well behaved I know we will both no longer be on this project anymore since it's winding down so I am praying we are both on new projects that we like...

10 years we will still be in our first home we agreed that with all the renovations and work we're putting in, we won't be moving for a long time. As a family, i hope we are extremely close. I hope DH and I are as affectionate and in love as the day we got married. And I really hope that our two dogs are still alive and spunky I seriously think about this all the time - how hard it will be for our kids when they die. Morbid I know

5 years - Hopefully have 1 child and working on another...still in our apt in Flushing

10 years - more set in my career and on the right path...2 kids in school and have a nice home on LI (but NO WHERE NEAR MY IN-LAWS)

You two are just so freakin' sweet. I love that you've build your own love nest essentially from scratch, and every corner you turn is probably just a reminder of how much work has been put in there. I love hearing this, because we're about to embark in that same path, and this just reminds me that it will all be worth it.

In 5 years I'd like to have my nice tenured faculty position at a small college, have a house nearby with a puppy!

Hopefully DH will also find a great job wherever I do and we can maybe buy a vacation house in Maine too.

I'd also like to have at least 2 more nieces/nephews to spoil by then! My sis and SIL better get busy. No kids for us though



In 10 years I will be a full professor making lots of money and winning a Nobel Prize Or just being happy.

5 years- DONE WITH SCHOOL!!! Its the only goal I have

10 years- 2 maybe 3 kids in with my white picket fenced house and french bulldog in RVC; hubby being a CFO (he's almost there already for his present company, but I don't trust them); and me having a career as well- I am still trying to figure that one out though

like Anney said, that DH and I are more in love than ever and doing well with both of our careers, lives and in our home life.
Hoping that we have 2 kids and are enjoying their first few precious years.
Hopefully, we have a house and are loving our lives together!

My 14 week old puggle is named Geppetto Houdini (because since we got him he some how breaks out of everything) I think the name geppetto is so cute.

In 5 year I hope to have 1-2 kids and a house and finally using my masters degree

in 10 years I hope to just be enjoying life and a career

in 5 - 10 years i'm hoping to maybe (MAYBE) have 2 kids (if im lucky they will be twins and that will be it!) but i would to have finished my master's degree in public policy and maybe travel overseas for a couple of years before we really settle down
