Re: WW girls

The new program is great! It promotes much healither eating habits. Basically foods that are high in protein and fiber and low in carbs and fat are lower in points. Most fruits and fresh veggies are 0.

As far as cost, I believe its $39 for a month pass.

This.

The new program calculated points from fat, fiber, carbs and protein, instead of calories, fat and fiber. Even though it was a little hard at first to switch, it's definitely a good program and forces me to make healthier decisions.

The monthly pass is around $40 which incl. the online eTools and as many meetings as you want. If you just want the eTools I think its around $17 a month.

Re: WW girls

Essentially, every person gets a daily pointsplus target and every food has a pointsplus value. Foods higher in protein and fiber are lower in points plus values and foods higher in carbs and fat are higher in points plus values. ALL FRESH fruits and most veggies are zero points plus value.

The idea is to track your food intake, meaning portion sizes. Nothing is off limits - everything in moderation. So you don't have to give anything up. It's just about cutting back and increasing awareness.

There are 4 different options:

1- Monthly pass - $39.95 per month. This is the cheapest option and gives you meetings AND e-tools.

2- 17-week pass - $194. 17 weeks worth of meetings, no e-tools.

3- $13 weekly - pay $13 each week when you go to meetings, no e-tools

4- WW Online - $17.95 per month - online only, no meetings

FM me if you have anymore questions

Re: WW girls

DH and I just restarted WW, and we love the new program.

The monthly pass is 39.95, and allows us to go to meetings and track stuff with e-tools. This has allowed DH to stay on track, since he can input stuff from his I-phone.

in my two weeks I am down a total of 5, he is down 2 in his first week. its more in line with a low glycemic diet now, factoring in carbs, protien, fat and fiber for the point value. The higher in fat and carbs, the higher the point value.

Re: WW girls

I really like it! I love that fruits are 0 points now and I find myself less hungry than I did on the old Points plan. You get more points per day but the points per food has increased some. You also get more weekly points to endulge a little.

It's $39.99 a month for the monthly pass and that includes eTools. Which if you have a smartphone you search for and track your foods right on there! Very convienient!
