Help. I live in Brooklyn and I'm going to The Crescent on the Beach to check it out along with others in the area. can anyone give me input on good places. My wedding has over 250. thanks

I was going to get those small picture frames, figured that single men who were guests wouldnt throw them out... how sad a thought is that? I think its an interesting idea to slip the seating card into the frames and have the hall set them up just outside the reception room. It would make a nice touch, look nicer and save you on the wraping costs.

Hi - I live in Queens & have gone to a few weddings in the neighborhood. Russo's on the Bay does a wonderful job - or at least they did for my friend a few years back - Leonards of Great Neck can accomodate large weddings (up to 800 people) but I wasn't too tickled with their program.

If you don't mind travelling, I'm having my reception at the Milleridge in Jericho. The Cottage can accomodate a wedding of your size....

Good luck!
