I would LOVE to have it on Monday night (I'm all for the free drinks too

), but it's a difficult night for many people so I think it will have to be Friday. Besides, NYC on a Friday night is jumping. With the large group of women we're coming with, people will probably think we're the new contenders for 'America's Next Top Model.'

From the feedback I've received, many people want the GTG to be a Girl's Night Out. Some FH's aren't really into the 'LIW' chat thing and wouldn't want to come anyway, while others are totally comfortable with it. I'd like to hear what you all think which is why I posted the questions above.

Either way, we're going to have a ball.

Prinses, this is probably what I'll look like after a few drinks anyway.

Honestly... I would go if it was a friday... but would prefer a day during the week...

I'm only the messenger chicas - you guys decide when you want the day to be. Most of the girls who have FM'ed me wanted a Friday night in the city which is why I chose the October 6th date.

That following Monday is Columbus Day and many people may be traveling or coming back from traveling.

I may be able to get us into a place on 35th Street that has great drinks and they offer free appetizers for parties of 10 or more. How does that sound? Here's a peek.

ETA... that place looks cute... and it is also midtown close to Penn for all the girls traveling in from LI...

Friday night is better for me since I will be traveling up from Philly to meet all of you wonderful girls. I most likely will not be able to make it on Monday (It's not considered a holiday when you are a doc

) But I will definately be there if its on Friday!!!

Glad you're coming Gina.

Ok ladies. Just wanted to give you a heads up. I stopped by Fashion 40 today while on my way to see a printer about our invites. The place is great and when I spoke to the party planner, she said we would be well taken care of. They actually do serve appetizers and we would have a little section just for us (probably upstairs).

I say Fashion 40 is the perfect place for our get together. The time still looks to be between 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm, but I can always make it 6:30 pm if people need a little more time to get into the City.

And due to popular demand, the date is still going to be October 6th so it looks like Friday Night is definitely Girls Night Out.
