who has picked up a marriage license?

i need to figure out the best way to do this. FH and i live in jersey, he works in manhattan, me jersey...

we were thinking of jetting into the city one morning to do it, but will the lines be crazy? what are some other options, or do we just have to suck it up like the DMV?

... finalize menu and details with catering hall
... get marriage license
... final details with photographer/videographer
... fittings srart this Saturday
... follow up on last gift for bridal party
... learn to relax and get some sleep

- finalize details with reception hall, band and photographer
- final fitting
- wrap bridal party gifts
- edit and print programs
- print place cards
- get hair cut
- pack for honeymoon

... must take photos to photographer
... wrap gifts for bridal party
... finish sewing ultrasuede pouches for favors
... haircut and highlights
... finalize details for rehearsal dinner
... attend bachelor/bachlorette party in city
... confirm final #s for catering
... prepare house to OOT guests

I am exhausted already just writing the list, I need a girls night out away from the details

I have to finalize timelines and must have lists with vendors

Do the seating charts (my own fault, I totally underestimated on the RSVP date)

finish putting the favors together

wrap some presents

get the marriage license (Tuesday

)

start packing for the HM and move.

pick up my dress, FG dress, my veil (9/15)

Schedule my beauty appts.

organize accessories to be dropped off to the hall.

I am making the rice packages right now. WHo knew they would take so long to do! I am meeting with the photographer tonight. I also have to get my hair cut and eyebrows done. I have to finish my essay for the priest.
