A gift for the groom - an idea

Since I've learned so much from all of you, I thought I'd pass along an idea.....

I'm hiring a quartet to visit Paul late morning on our wedding day ...they're going to sing "Going to the Chapel" and give him a special note from me. : )

Sure, its a little corny but its very much my style. : ) When I was a property manager, I'd go caroling with the quartet for the Holidays and everyone loved it!

That's Great!!!! I have to keep that in mind when the times comes!!!!

We are keeping our fingers crossed. our date is 7/2/00. keep us in your prayers!

You should also get pre-approved for a mortgage because the housing situation is so crazy on Long Island, it's on the market for an hour and already has 5 bids on it...no joke. You must remember, you and your fiancee are now one entity and no matter how you busted your butt to have a good credit rating, his/hers counts just as much and if it's not very good, you need time to work those things out. We're learning this first-hand.

Sorry for the delay - it can cost anywhere from $2-300 and up. The group depends upon where you live.

If you are in the Stony Brook area, email me directly and I can refer you to the folks I've used for work. They're fantastic - and the most adorable older men you'll ever meet! : )

Thanks to the wonderful bride who posted the link to the MS Clip Art Gallery, I used a really cute B&G on each card and typed each persons name with "Table #"....I will handwrite in the actual table # in black ink when the seating is finalized.
