Adriennes Bridal

Hi. Has anyone used or heard about Adriennes Bridal in Islip. I was thinking of going there for my dress and bridesmaids too. I called and they were very sweet on the phone and carry a huge line of dresses. Please help. I would appreciate any feedback good or bad. Thanks!!!

i'm having my reception at the thatched cottage. i didn't really look at many other places because i have been to other events there and i really like what they had to offer. the only problem that i have had is the fact that the upstairs reception hall (which is the better place to have the reception) can only hold up to 185 people, but i was told that i really shouldn't have more then 170, if i want to keep it comfortable. the food is excellent and the presentation is beautiful! the only thing that could cause a problem is if it is low tide during your cocktail hour. the cocktail hour is downstairs, on the water, and if it is low tide, it can make for an unpleasant hour! so check the tides before you decide on a date.

Best of luck with your upcoming wedding!

My family has used Adrienne's for several generations! They love the service. I went there and liked it too, but found a very affordable dress elsewhere..

I got my wedding dress there, They were Great!!! ask for Linda, she was very helpful and patient. So far so good. I got my dress during no tax weekend and saved over $200, I'm also getting my bridesmaids dress there too, my girls dresses are from Dessy creations and every where we went we were quoted $245 for them, but we were able to get them for $200 at adriennes and my girls got an addtional 25% off, since I ordered my wedding gown there. They require a deposit of half before they order your dress. But so far, I haven't had any problems. Good luck

Adriennes Bridal

I just bought my gown at Adrienne's in September and it's in. I paid 575.00 for a beautiful gown - Ginza. They are wonderful! My sister was getting married 5 years ago, but called it off. She had put 1/2 the payment down on her dress. Well...... Maryanne (owner of Adrienne's) remembered her when we went for my gown and gave her her bridesmaid dress for FREE! because she said she would always honor a credit to her. 5 YEARS LATER!!! She is wonderful and she does everything. I am very happy with them. My younger sister also bought her gown there. Maryanne has a wonderful reputation! Go for it, you won't be disappointed. There bridal room is gorgeous and the gowns are placed beautifully on the racks, not shoved side by side. She just opened a little cottage behind the big bridal house just for bridesmaids. GOod Luck

Thanks everyone for all of your responses. The basket is almost done and the engagement(I'm so excited) is anyday. I'm finally getting the sister I always wanted!! Thanks Again....Gina :)
