Always In The Middle

Hi,

I have three and a half weeks to go and I am down to the final details of my trip/wedding. So many issues still, even though I am not planning a traditional wedding.

I am finding things not getting less stressful, but more! Even with all the details pretty much taken care of I still have major family issues.

Always In The Middle

Hi Judy. I have 7 months to go and I dont see the stress get easier. I am having lots of problems with some of my bridesmaids and some of my family (no enthusiasm or involvement at all. Everything I have planned has been inconvenient including the wedding date). My mom keeps trying to tell me that it is my day and I do what I want to I must please myself and no one else (what a mom!!!) Easier said than done but it is true. Try to please yourself and your fiance. It is afterall your day not anyone elses. I had someone tell me that the day we chose for the wedding was bad because they usually go away that weekend (This was someone in the bridal party). I find that if I go for a walk or go out dancing with my friends I destress. Maybe go for a massage or aromatherapy. Good Luck breathe deep and use this board to vent. We are all in the same stressfull boat.
