Re: Any future Brides Working FT & going to School?
gaby25, my advice to you since you are starting school in 04 - Get as much done now before you start school bc you will NOT have time.FH is in law school and he spends most of his time studying. I am in school also, but law school is on a whole different level. He has finals coming up, so for the next 3 1/2 weeks I am not even gonna mention wedding stuff. Since your whole grade is based on that ONE final, you really will need to devote all of you energy to school.
Also, being the mate of someone in law school will put your relationship to the test. You will spend less time together and will have less time to socialize.

Re: Any future Brides Working FT & going to School?
hey steph, thanks for the advice.i was even contemplating putting the wedding off until 2006 or later, but i thought about it and that would imply being stressed out for my 2 years at law school rather than just one and it's already hard enough. i have explained to my FH that it will be hard since we are both basically starting our careers we have been through alot in our 6years together (he just came back from 8mths in Iraq, he is in the Marines, reserves) and now he is also trying to get into either Nassau or Suffolk Police Dept. so I think we will be both very busy

Re: Any future Brides Working FT & going to School?
I am working a full time job (50 hrs a week) and a part time job ( 20-30 hours a week) plus I am taking a class one night a week.On top of all that I live in VA and am planning a wedding in LI.
So far it has been okay. But I am still behind. I am having to make a few choices on other reccomendations rather than going to the vendors. I will have to work over X-mas vacation
when I am up in LI to get as many of the vendors scheduled as possible.
It is going okay. Luckily though my soon to be sister -in -law is getting eary summer next year as well in LI and has been a great help. She has given me info on a few vendors and I am using at least one of them. ( Thanks Liz)

Hi! I work two part time jobs (equals about one FT job) and take 2 classes towards a Masters in Library Science. Its difficult but I try to work around my school schedule and work schedule and since I don't work on the weekends (I don't know if you do), I try to see if I can get things done then (when I don't have as much school work). What are you studying
