Ummm - lets see - I have been sitting on the computer all night putting it together, making an excel spreadsheet, finding addresse - while FH is sitting on the couch with a glass of wine - and of course we are way over our invite limit... I'm going to cry...

I told FH I needed his complete guest list by Friday November 18, 2005. I got the last address from him LAST WEEK!! That was after I sent FSIL an email asking for @ half a dozen addresses and correct spelling on names etc, that she sent to me within 3 days of asking! Someone please explain why he couldn't ask his sister and I had to do it??????????????

Add to that my mother, who sent an email to some friend of hers to show off FH's work on the website, and got a response back that said 'how thoughtful of you. I didn't expect to be invited to the wedding!' Ummm, hello, she isn't invited!! Or at least she wasn't.

Then of course, there are the 'B' list people, those people I have no intention of inviting that somehow think they are on the guest list, and those people that others think I should invite.

so glad you guys are all feeling the same way, LOL FI is listening to me talk out loud about this post and he's like its not that bad... (he is so easygoing that even during the craziest times for us he has been like don't worry it'll work out LOL:) Thank god, our familys have been pretty accomadating with giving us the lists, but now comes the harder part of organizing and figuring out what the wording should be on each envelope

Nah, it really hasn't been that bad at all. Everyone involved (my family and his) was wonderful about getting lists together and it all fell into place perfectly. My parents put no cap on how many we could invite so no complaints here.

Now it's time to get those invites out!!! Soon enough!

YES! I HATE it! I can't seem to get a final list from MILs.....please tell me why this is so difficult???? It's not like I'm asking them to do anything else....ugh.
