Re: Anyone else the opposite of bridezilla???
I'm kind of in the middle. There are a few things that I'm insistant about, and others that I'm more laid back about. I don't think that being insistant about things makes a person a Bridezilla. My Former Best Friend thought I was going to be a Bridezilla, and I think that I'm making an extra effort to NOT be, just to show her up.
For example, all my BMs are wearing the same dress, same color, but as for their Jewelry and shoes, they can choose their own. I am requesting that their hair and makeup be done, but I'm not making them have it done professionally. In fact, one of my BMs just became the manager of a cosmetics counter, and she's offered to do Makeup for any of the girls who need it. She'll do my touch ups for the day. I'm also requesting that all the girls stay in the same hotel as I the night before the wedding, for logistics reasons. But some of them are staying in the room with me, and we'll be splitting the cost of that room.
OH, and I LOVE the Dr. Pepper commercial too!!!!

Re: Anyone else the opposite of bridezilla???
I was very laid back in the beginning, I couldn't care less about the minor stuff, had no interest in micro-managing my wedding at all.I tried hard to please everyone, gave in on every issue, and now it's come back to haunt me! Nobody listens to what I want, and it's all about everyone else.
I'm pissed off and miserable, and I want it over
I put a year of my life and countless dollars on this one day. Why can't people just cooperate???????
Does this make me a bridezilla?

I am the opposite for sure. My sister was like 'How do you want me to do my hair?' I said - 'whatever da mn way you want to!!!'
I could care less about that stuff or anything like it - I just want everything to go smoothly and everyone to be comfortable!
I am the same way. I don't care what kind of shoes they wear, as long as they're the same color, or how they wear their hair. I told my DJ I'm not into the give aways, and my videographer, I'm not into all the specail effects. Those things I couldn't care less!

Re: Anyone else the opposite of bridezilla???
i feel like the opposite of it..for the wedding the girls are doing their hair/makeup/nails however they want it, if they even want to do it...they are all wearing different style dresses, from different manufacturers, that i found on sale and is part of their gift so they dont have to pay for it.(the dresses are claret color)
My whole idea being to make it easiest for them..
both mothers picked out whatever dress style/color they wanted, they are both actually going to wear blue but different shades..
