Re: Anyone taking a break from planning

I took a 2 week break to plan FH's b-day. However, since that has now passed, I'm back to wedding planning. If I don't find a florist before Christmas I think I'll shoot myself. I wanted the florist booked by October 31, so I could move onto video. Now I'm two months behind schedule.

Re: Anyone taking a break from planning

I have been engaged since March 2004.. Seriously, I really feel like Im just so used to waiting for the big day. I think that I have TOO much time to plan the wedding. I just want this day to be here already. I feel like I have been engaged forever. Im taking a wedding planning break, hence my avatar quote. After Christmas, I'll go back to planning. We still have to book the florist. Other than that, we have all the other little things left to do like programs and invites. 18 days until 2006!

Re: Anyone taking a break from planning

I've taken little breaks but not too many. No major vendors left except for hair and then it's the little things. I'm not too worried. I have to take a break except for invitation things until after X-mas b/c I have finals and papers and projects. In Jan I am free of school forever!!

Re: Anyone taking a break from planning

I haven't done anything since November and don't plan to start it up again until January. Just too much at this time of year.
