Re: anyone taking pics before wedding ceremony
We're taking modern pics with the NYC skyline in DUMBO and then taking pics on the grounds at Flowerfield. I'm so excited to get both of these locations!!!

Nope no pics for us. He see's me for the first time while walking down the aisle. It's just tradition. We're taking pictures at the beach afterwards.

We are taking pics before the ceremony
My Ceremony does not start until 7pm, so we figure we don't want to miss a second of the night![]()
That was part of our reasoning too ... our ceremony starts at 8pm .... and we also REALLY wanted to attend some of our cocktail hour. We are getting married at the RH.

Re: anyone taking pics before wedding ceremony
I will only be taking the usual pics with my immediate family and my bridesmaids before the ceremony. FH and I want to see each other for the first time at the church.

Re: anyone taking pics before wedding ceremony
We'll be taking pics beforehand, probably at a nearby park. As far as getting 'messed up' is concerned, I'm hoping a lot of hairspray will solve that issue! I'll get a chance to tidy up in the dressing room of our ceremony/reception place.

No- It would really be a timesaver but we're doing so many other things the traditional way.
I've always dreamed about that moment where he sees me walking down the aisle.
For me, that's priceless.
me 2. Even though, I am a bit upset that we can not take pics on the beach or at a park, but I think I am going to do Day after shoot.

We are. We will be taking our pictures on the beach before. We have TO many family members coming from out of state and want to enjoy every moment with them at our wedding.

Re: anyone taking pics before wedding ceremony
We plan on taking pictures before, at first I was against it because I wanted to be 'traditional' but the way that I photographer does it is really romantic.

Re: anyone taking pics before wedding ceremony
We are doing pics before. Our ceremony is at the reception hall and it starts at 5:30. In November it will be dark by then so we don't want to miss out on getting outdoor pictures or miss our cocktail hour. We are going to do a special first time meeting too. I like the idea of the day being more laid back and not having to rush to get pictures done and feel like I am missing out on things.Welcome New Vendors
