I got a lot done.

All major vendors are booked. What I have left to do is tuxes, invites, and BM dresses.

First..I'm confused..there's an April 09 brides thread...FOR REAL??? LOL. Guess I'm waay behind in that aspect! LOL

I don't have as much done as you... money is always an issue...but we're getting everything on a roll now...

I have:
RH
BMs gifts
DIY totes for BM
Champange glasses
Advise bucket instead of guest book
Photo
Video
Veil
BM dresses picked out...ordering them this month
DIY Silk roses for candy and bird-seed tosser
Shoes for BMs
Frames for favor
decorations for frames
Supplis to make DIY runner...

I'm going to a florist any min. and hopefully BOOKING them...
My church changed their minds last min so I'm looking all over again...
My dress will be ordered THIS week...
Limos we have an idea already.... just need to confirm....
DJ / MC we need to get back to our hall...
Buying my shoes after the dress is ordered...
Invites we'll start next month...
RH I'm gonna have FH talk to his parents about..


I think that just about covers it...
FH is taking care of HM... hopefully next week we can go check out with TA

I have to book my airfare for HM...
Order invites
Make menu's, place cards, programs, bathroom basket, hotel bags
Order parent/BMDo a hair trial
Do a second make up trial
Pick out DOJ
Decide if im doing a brunch
Decide if im doing an extra 1/2 hr or hr
Pick out the music for the band to play

I posted this in the April 09 Brides thread - but I figured not many of us check it when it pops up - I know that I am guilty of that.. Just wanted to see where everyone was

What have you girls gotten accomplished yet and have left to do?

I have booked our
RH, Photo & Video, Florist, DJ, DOC, Table Numbers, DIY Aisle Runner, DIY Cake Letters, Invites, Programs, Menus, Dress, Shoes, BM Dresses, Booked Hair, Booked Make Up, Hotel Block, Booked Suite for Wedding Night, Booked HM, Favors, Favor Boxes, DOJ for ME =), Bought DOJ for girls.

Have to do
Order Cake Topper, Order Cake, Get HM Plane Tickets, Book RH Dinner, Buy HM Clothes, Grooms men gifts, parents gifts, E-Pics, All of the FUN FUN Stuff that comes with invites, tracking down RSVPs like its my JOB, and placecards, seating charts, etc :o)

What do you have left to do?

*UPDATE* gotten done in Addition to what I have done last time..
Done - Got cake topper, Got HM Plane tickets, Veil, Cry packs, Wish Bowls, Sand Ceremony Materials!, Wedding Bands. (Invites will be here by 1/3! - Already ordered!!!)

Left To Do...
Order Cake, Book RD, HM Clothes, GM Gifts, Parents Gifts, EPics (10/21!), All the fun fun stuff with RSVPs, Order Tuxes, Think thats all

We pretty much picked our DJ just have to confirm with him
Know them and decor color scheme


To Do:
Still ask 1 person in Bridal Party
Finish STD's and get them out
Find officiant
Find my dress
Book Hotel Blocks - but first decide if we are staying out or at home the night of
Decide on if we are doing brunch the next day

And the list goes on but the above is our current focus.

Update - DJ booked, Dress ordered, Bridal party finalized. STD's are done just have to finalize what hotel we are blocking to insert those and then they need to mailed. Most of the envelopes are addressed and I have the stamps.

Lots to do still!

\We picked the BM dresses, ordering on Saturday when the last girl gets fitted.
Have been purchasing items for the centerpiece. Bought a dress for the shower although I don't know what I'm wearing for the rehearsal dinner.
Registries have been started but aren't 100% complete.

the list goes on...but that's the short one.

EDIT - Forgot to add that I have my dress, altered, and ready to go. Need to get shoes. Dress was altered for height of my dance shoes. Need to purchase shoes that I can walk around outside in.
