You know what though, she hadn't even congratulated us oNCE or acknoledged that we got engagd. Granted this is the same friend I posted about a feww months back that I Was relly upset because she was engaged and cheating on her fiance with a coworker.

I emailed it to my mom and she thinks shes just jealous...

I too agree with your mom. Especially after your updated response from her.

Seriously, what makes someone be at the top of the list? Our stuff is alphabetical and my MOH gets the last invite because her last name starts with a 'Z.' That doesn't make her any less special. Jesus. I can't believe some people.

To be honest, we just had the names written down as we thought of them and that was all it was. Nothing special lol

wow....... that is soo crazy!! i'm sorry that she did that to you- lol i would never have the nerve to call someone out on that- its surprising that she even found out. is her last name lower in the alphabet? if so then, that could be another reason, and explain why she didn't get the fancier ones. really shi**y though

No, what happened was my mom and I broke up the names on the list and started to fill out the cards. So we had like half on my list and half on hers without invites! And so we used the other pretty ones to invite the rest..

I didnt even think twice about it..we didn't have a a and b list it was only those invited to the wedding

We had run out of e-party cards (The cupcake ones that says life is sweet) and fsil had bought cards that were cute, purple, with hearts. So, we sent out those cards to those who we couldn't send out the other ones too...
WOuld you believe I have a friend who emailed me the following:

Jenny,
I just wanted to say that since I recieved, possibly your 'List B' invite to your engagement party, ____ and I will not be attending. With all we've gone through to know that I was not considered first on your invite list, just bothers me to no end. I saw Mike's invitation and I know that it obviously was a pity invite.
All the best

I responded with the following:

Check the postmark on both the invites. You recieved them both the same day and have the same RSVP. We ran out of cards and it was too late to order more.

Okay. But shouldn't I have been at least at the top of the list to get the other invitation? I just didn't understand. _____ and I may be away then anyway.
