To me, it seems more like a 'veil' on top. I think underneath can look pretty, but it is just not as elegant and 'bridal' as some might like.

On top and poufy - I like how that looks - personally - I just never liked the veil behind the head look.

I really like the way it looks better on top, but with my hairstyle it just isn't possible so I am wearing it underneath. Guess it doesn't matter much since I am taking it off for the reception!

Mine will be on top. More traditional and it looks waaaay better with my princess-style dress and tiara.

I agree with the 'gotta stick this thing somewhere comment'. I'm not going for comfort on my wedding day, otherwise I'd nix the corset.

I thought I was going to wear mine on top, but then I HATED how I looked with it on top. I just thought my face is too round to have a veil around it. It like accentuated my round noggin

I think either way looks pretty.

I think it looks pretty and elegant no matter where you wear it. It depends on the person, the veil, the headpiece and the poofiness.

My veil is way too puffy to be on top. You don't even see my face

I am going to wear it underneath and then take it off after the ceremony. I don't even want to one at all but it means a lot to my dad to have it over me face
