Ditto for me. They have a really affordable comprehensive package which I thought was great, and they also seemed to have a nice staff, but it was too small for my wedding and in too busy of an area. I'd recommend it for smaller, more casual weddings.

I have been to a wedding there and the food was not good at all. My fiance and his brother kept asking me and his brother's wife if they can run to Wendy's....

Reception - Ariana Waterfall - A
Ariana was great! Most things were perfect and above my expectations. The bridal suite was great and the attendants were on top of everything. Everyone was raving about the food and how great it was. The only complaint I had about them was that they got our main course mixed up and served roast beef and chicken marsala instead of sliced steak and chicken marsala. The only reason that bothered me was that we had roast beef during the cocktail hour and then they served it again. But other than that, things were great!


PERSONALLY- i went there for a sweet 16 and was NOT impressed, but oh well. i

also someone wrote 'it's in a not so nice area. There's an IHOP right next door. One of my main concerns when choosing a reception hall was the location. I didn't want anything on a main street and certainly didn't want a chain restaurant next door.' - i agreed too! its in too much of a commerical location for me, but if the PRICE IS RIGHT, and it suits you go for it! ...look at more bride reviews on here ...

Ceremony Location: Ariana Waterfall,West Hempstead, New York A+
We choose Ariana Waterfall for our wedding because of its beautiful interior with elegant skylights, glass enclosed lush tropical gardens and interior waterfalls waterfalls, very affordable & excellent customer service all at a very affordable price. The beauty of this room was soo evident on my wedding day; I notice in my pics as I walked down to my FH, with sunlight coming through the skylights, gave a goddess like glow to me as I walked. It makes such a elegant and beautiful picture.

Tony & Ishmael the owners have run this catering hall for over 15 plus years or more. When we booked back in February 2004, they were professional & very courteous. That professionalism carried through my year & half of working with them. I must have called Ariana a zillion times with questions & normal bridal fears. They never once cut me short or did not return a phone call. They are real people who understand the stress of being a bride. When I went to Ariana during the last week of my bridal plans, they were reviewing my seating & brought to my attention a change of moving the square tables to the back of the room to make sure all the guest could see us. Small detail but, I was pleasantly surprised that they were that concerned about things being perfect for me as I had already been paid in full. To other Ariana Brides after me, you are in good hands.

Reception Location: Ariana Waterfall A+ Ariana Waterfall’s main room was decorated per the details I had discussed with the staff. DH brought our wedding cake from Brooklyn the day before the wedding, this is something we wanted. Ariana offered to keep it refrigerated for our wedding day. That was great of them. During dinner, Our Matre’d, personally came over to us, with congrats and to make sure everything was perfect. All our chairs were covered and with a bow on each & the tables looked magnificent with the raised centerpieces that I upgraded. The meal began with a fresh fruit bowl, then salad and then the main course of Chicken Marsala & Filet Mignon, Red Roasted Potatoes Seasonal Vegetables and Fresh Baked Breads so I know our guests were well fed. I have seen pictures of the reception room before the guest filled it & I must say it was breathtakingly beautiful. The beautiful day we had, caused the sun light to dance through the skylights and bounce off the many crystal chandlers Ariana has in its main dining room.

Ariana Bridal suite A
I was glad that we had a place to relax before & after the ceremony. We were treated like royalty, enjoyed the cocktail foods & got to talk with the BP and give them their gifts before the reception.

Cocktail hour A Presentation is everything, and I asked the guests how they enjoyed it. The big smiles and compliments to the chef was affirmation that the finger foods of popcorns shrimp, beef ksbobs, Ariana Chicken Kabobs Seasoned Sun dried Tomatoes on Garlic Toast to name a FEW indicated that we all enjoyed. We had the same food in the Bridal suite, and yes it was good. The open bar was an obvious hit & the bartender handled my signatue drinks well.

i had my wedding there. they made my wedding beautiful. the staff is top notch. we dealt with tony. he made sure everything was okay. whenever we had a question, he was more than happy to answer it. we had a tiny problem, tony got on top of it and resolved it. people were raving about the food. what we liked, it was a one wedding at a time hall. the house dj is fantastic!!!!!!!!!!! any more questions, feel free to fm me

FH and I went to look there. It wasn't for us. I was turned off by the ouside of the place. It was right off a busy main road and the outside of the building looked old . I think this place could be pretty nice but it definately needs renovating.

Hello! I am new to this whole site, But I think It is a great way to find out information about venues and what they have to offer. I understand how stressful planning a wedding can be; I have recently got married, and am in the process of helping a girlfriend plan her perfect day as well. I had my wedding at Ariana Waterfall this past summer, so when i saw your post I just had to be in touch. I have nothing but good things to report to you, for my day could not have been more perfect. Everthing from the food to the service was top-notch. The place couldn't have looked more beautiful for my special day. Your dealing with the owners themself, so It was nice to know you are in good hands. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. Highly recommended!!
