Attendant gifts - whats everyone doing?

I have 3 attendants, I plan on buying their jewelry, but what else can I get them. My budget is $30.

I buy from a company named Wang's and I know they definetly have them for about $1 each. Unfortunately, they are a wholesale only company and they recquire a minimum order of $150.00.

Good Luck!

Some other nice gifts would be jewelry boxes to go along with the jewelry, an antique looking mirror, address book, candles/perfumes, a silver plated cosmetic brush kit, etc...

Hope this helps, Stephanie Classic Favors and Invitations

Good Luck!

I also bought the attendants jewelry and am contemplating giving each attendant a gift certificate to a salon (about $20 or $25) to help out if they wanted to get their hair or nails done for the wedding.

Good Luck!

Attendant gifts - whats everyone doing?

I was a bride's maid in a friend's wedding. She gave us earings and a purse to wear on her wedding day that matched the dress. I am thinking of something along the same lines. I still use them!

Are you a music box fan? The new San Francisco Music Box Catalog just came out (with the bunny on the front) and they have a wooden music box (dark or light wood) that holds a picture on the top for $30 AND...you can customize the tune at no extra cost! You could put a pix of you and the girls on the top....

I'm not sure if its on their web site www.sfmusicbox.com but they do have a store in RField and I'm sure you could get a catalog.....

Good Luck!

I bought a 2yd piece of fabric that represented each girl - Nancy loves dalmations, Maggie love country apples/baskets/bears and Karen loves bears. I bought each piece of fabric, bought 3 2yd pieces of quilting and sewed them togheter with eyelet around the edges. Actually I put stiches throughout the fabric to hold it together, then pinned another piece of quilting with an eyelet border and pinned it. The dry cleaner/tailor will seal all around for me for $15.00. I sewed on the back bottom - Love Kate, 5/26/2000 - Thank you! It sounds like it was a lot of work, but it wasn't at all. It is sooo personal and a little throw for the couch forever.
