bachelorette party ideas on the Island in Nassau or Western Suffolk

Anyone have any good ideas for a good bachelorette party? I did post before on this.. but as its getting closer, I figured I would ask again.. we are thinking a night on the town in Huntington with a good dinner... at either besito or the other Mexican restaurant in the village... anyone know what it is called? Anyone have any other good ideas? Let me know!! THANKS!
