I would tell your cousin to keep an open mind, because I am also VERY well endowed, and I was dead set on NOT getting a strapless dress. Well, the dress I ended up getting is basically strapless with optional spaghetti straps. I think it is a matter of finding the right strapless bra to hold you in, and the right cut for the dress. It can be very tasteful. Here's the top of mine:

dunno if you can really tell, tho. this dress is by Michelle Roth. beaded spaghetti sting strap, beading on the top and trickles down and a mini train.
