Every post office does it, just tell them you want them hand cancelled.

The Commack post office let us but Ronkonkoma would not. They told us that we could leave them and they would do it.

I did them myself at Port Jeff.The guy was really gruff though. He hands me the stamper and says' And I want this back!!'
Where the heck am I going to go, and what am I going to do with it?!
