Caribbean/African-American Wedding

Hey everyone! My fiance and my family are from Jamaican parentage and we are having a difficult time finding somewhere to have a reception and have control over the type of food served. The food is very important and we would like to find somewhere that will let us bring in Caribbean fare. Can someone help us? Thanks.
