Thanks everyone for the compliments!

I typed the menu up in Powerpoint (I am comfortable with Powerpoint so I used that instead of Word). I did two menus per page, so if you fold an 8 1/2 by 11 inch paper, the menu would be exactly half in size.

I bought a paper cutter so I could cut the nautical prints and dark blue backing to the right size (they had to be larger in size than the menu card. I made a sample of what I wanted in advance and then cut the papers to those dimensions).

I used rubber cement to glue everything together! I made two menu cards per table (I think making one for every guest would have taken FOREVER because the paper cutting took awhile).
