i didnt register for china...i guess we don't consider ourselves that fancy.

but FMIL said we can have the china that her great aunt gave her. these are our everyday and we registered for the whole set (mugs, butter holder, ice cream bowls, etc).

We registered for Fiestaware in Cobalt Blue.

We didn't get any good china since I don't see any reason why we might use it.

We use 2 sets of dishes all of the time, so we didn't do 'fine china' exactly, just 2 sets of casual china:

We didn't register for China - have no use for it really so we registered for REALLY EXPENSIVE stoneware - Denby Blue Jetty. Each plate is $35!!!

But my mom has a set and it lasts FOREVER and looks fabulous!

Me too! I started looking at china and then quickly said to myself 'Erin, who are you kidding?' Maybe one day me and FH will go out and buy some china...but more likely not.

I was trying to post pics but somehow I cant. Anyways I have the Waterford 'Padova' as my fine china and everyday china is Noritake 'Java graphite swirl'. I currently have corelle as my everyday dishes and those are great.
