What about reporting them to the BBB??? If you paid for a product and they shorted you, they deserve a blip on their record.

the worst part is even if you go there and one of the sales people is nice to you...he's the owner and he's the one making the money...I wouldn't give him the satisfaction of letting him touch my money...

U know what. I feel really sorry for you. I have gone there and I will tell you one thing the lady at the desk was rude. Me and my friend where looking for bridesmaids dresses, they dont even help u try it on. This man, Bob, is at msot of the Metro Expo shows. I hope he is at the one this weekend at the Mariott in Uniondale. I am going to tell him about his rude service. Dont worry girl we have your back.

im shocked but not shocked about hearing this. i guess its really 50/50 when you go into this place. i talked to bob (he tried to con me in to buying everything there) little did he know i know what they are u p to. Downstairs wise with dresses, the girls always seem never to have a problem.

i called 2 times there and BOB got on the phone with me...never answered my questions but yet kept me on the phone for 10 minutes with his rant about how great they are and what they offer...including the rental of his grandaughter

I got a horrible feeling but I still went there. I was treated badly and even though they had my dress for less I decided not to go with them because of their customer service

How awful. Maybe go to a printer and maybe he/she has some envelopes or contact the manufacturer. People are so rude. They have quickly forgotten how it is to be treated that way if it was them.

Oh yeah! They are well aware of their reputation on here. I called them about 2 months ago to ask if they had a particular BM dress in stock after one person gave a rave review of them. The man gave me this HUGE sales pitch about how they are a full service place and I could even rent his granddaughter for a flowergirl (yeah right). So I tell him that he had a good standing with a forum I belong to (little did I know) and then he starts going on about how he is shocked and usually he hears about how many people write negatives about them! I was shocked he was saying this to me!

Amazing. He knows that brides slam his shop but he does nothing to change the reputation? That sounds like Tavern on the Green. I have only been there for lunch or dinner a few times but I hear they throw an awful wedding - but many peole still use them?

Well you can tell CWC that I need at least 200 invites and I wont be going there... Not after all the bad things I hear about them.. They better watch out or they arent going to get any business anymore....

I actually picked up my invitations the other day and they were fine
I stood there and counted them because I wanted to make sure they were all there.
I actually had extras
Did you count them?
Maybe you should call back, be calm and talk to them. Tell them that you just want the envel. is there anything that you can do to help?

im soo sorry to hear that, but i cant say that im shocked.

i went in there last month to look at dresses and encountered nothing but rudeness and unneccessary waiting. We signed the little sign-in book and waited for 20 minutes, without any help. i was shocked b/c it was NOT crowded at all.

i dont know if it was Bob that was patronizing me, but there was a fat guy working there that was!

i walked out before i was helped. i would never go back.

Oh my gosh I am so sorry to hear what a jerk he was. My FH and I went when we first got engaged to look at packages. We had no clue, so we sat with Bob for about an hour or more. Good grief. He showed us mostly the pictures and flowers. Thankgod we didn't book anything with them. I remember thinking that he was cocky. He kept saying that he doesn't need the money because he has enough. He just want's to help us. Yeah right. I THINK WHAT WE SHOULD DO IS GET EVEN AND TELL AS MANY PEOPLE AS WE KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU!!!!

I have been there 3 times
and the last time I went to find a fg dress for my 3 yr old daughter ...three women just sat on their a$$ and didnt ask if I need help then I asked if she could try the dress on so I bring my daughter in the dressing room and she walks out posing and I was like you are sooo pretty (they say nothing)
she goes back in to change out of the dress and they scream at her not to slam the door but she did and they yell ate her
SHE IS 3 YRS OLD DONT YELL AT MY DAUGHTER!!!!
so she is upset and I tell them she is sensitive and this old B*tch says well she should learn how to listen
