OH GOD... I went to a wedding expo and that clown was doing the MC for the fashion show... I was so appalled by him making fun of other bridal store. He mixed up all the cards and had no idea what any of the girls were wearing... What a jerk... Call the BBB and report his weird butt.

WE MET HIM TOO!!! (was it at the Marriott??) b/c he messed the cards up at that one too!!! he would read the card, and be like 'this dress is only $100', then he would be like, 'NO, not that dress, it Can't be... it must be a mistake'... then sift through cards, and be like, 'OH, here it is... That dress is $350,... That sounds correct!, I new it wasn't that cheap!'

And BOB was the OWNER, not just the manager... supposedly it's HIS familys business... that his Son-In-Law is the Photographer, and his wife and everyoen work the store...

OH- and you should go to a bridal show (there's one tomorrow at Marriott at 12, that he might be at...) and make a scene there about your envelopes!

How nasty and inconsiderate they are. I went to purchase my invitations there Despite all your warnings, girls. They had great service at the sell but that soon ended!
I was just getting a few last minute invites put together and realized that I was 25 outer envelopes short. When i called they immediately started with 'our policy....counting b4 u leave...blah blah blah!' I understand all that but i really only needed 10 or so more, no help, they got the manager Bob on the phone. Bob was so stubborn and rude he flat out said that he would not send me any envelopes and cut me off every attempt i made to defend my plight! I became so frustrated after 10 minutes of just trying to get some darn envelopes that I said ' Wow you seem to be living up to your rep' He then said 'SO WHY DID YOU BOTHER COMING HERE IF WE HAD SUCH A BAD REP? YOU SHOULD HAVE NEVER COME HERE...BUH BYE!' When i asked him is last name or position he said none of your buisness. You dont need it!! I tried 1 more x to respond, and try for some envelopes but he again repeated Buh- Bye with a snide attitude and hung up on me!! b I HATE CWC!!!!!!

That is the most insulting thing I have ever heard. I hope everyone considering this place reads this post.

My friends used them for her wedding, for everything. All her bm alterations were falling out befoer the end of the night, she got her profs back, and all the heads were cut off, they were absolutely miserable.

I went with my mother just to look, no intention to buy, we went downstairs, there were 4 women working there, they helped find some dresses and then that was it. They sat around and watched as i struggled to help my mom with the broken zippers and adn the clips. I was very unhappy

SOMETIMES the saying is true - You get what you pay for. - I went there to look for my BM dress (for less $$) they were SO unbeleivably rude and INSULTING that the extra $15 the girls paid at Bridal Reflections was 150% WORTH IT !!! - Sometimes you are paying the extra $ for the service and ambiance. - which to me is worth the money
- I'd GO IN TO THE STORE on a weekend when you know it will be packed and cause a scene until they give you what you paid for !!!

wow that is unbelieveable. how can anyone talk to a customer that way or anyone for that matter. i definitely would not give up with another fight. people like that really bother me.

i was just looking at their website and it says
'the word NO is not in our vocabulary' yeah ok!!

and they have been in service for over 30 years???? how the hell did that happen???

Wow I am surprised this place is still in business. This guy sounds like such a loser. Sorry this happened to you. But like you said don't focus your happy day on this stupidity!
