I've been in one where the bride's mother and the bride's sister payed for all of it and I was in one recently where all the BM's and the bride's mother split the cost evenly.

1.my moh and bridal party paid for mine.

2.for my other friends the bridal party split it including the grooms men because it was a wedding shower.

3. another wedding I was in the mother of the bride paid for everything, she didn't want us to contribute.

I guess depending on the situations....
