PASSIONS has replaced Jesse Metcalfe, as Miguel Lopez-Fitzgerald. The role has gone to Adrian Bellani (left).

The NBC drama has also recast Nicholas Foxworth Crane. Justin Hartley — the real-life hubby of Lindsay Hartley (Theresa) — last airs Feb. 10. Mark Cameron Wystrach (right) debuts as NuFox on Feb. 14th.

I love the guy who plays Fox now!
