We did ours but they were evry very simple CP's-nothing like the beautiful but costly cp's you usually see on these boards. We just couldnt affrod it so we bought cheap but pretty glass vases and hurricaines and di our own for about 25 per table with flowers. Looking back I wish we'd been a bit more extravagent but they still photographed well. We had the florist do our bo-ks' costly but WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!! LOVED my bouqets!!!

I know this was posted like a year ago.. but I feel compelled to comment on this! I have to say that although the CP was simple the idea of dressing it up with the bright linens really works well here! Great Job! It's beautiful and really catches your eye... which is exactkly what the table setting and CP is supposed to do! If you don't have too much money to spend on CP's this is a great way to dress up simple CP's and still get the same overall effect! LOVE IT!

Unless You have done this before.... I think Bo-K should be done professionally just so they don't fall apart on you. CP's are easier to do and more than likely anyone can accomplish this. It's just a matter of time and traveling and getting all the materials that would make me question if in the end it would be worth it. Years and years ago I worked in a florist (we catered more to funerals etc then weddings and happy occasions). So I've seen how a lot of things are made and put together and done it too!
I am very much a DIY bride... but with flowers I'd rather let the professionals handle it.

i think theres always less problems when you do it yourself and besides ull save tons!

I want to make my own centerpieces...not sure about Bo-ks. Thats gonna be a lil tough. I think it depends how intricate you want them to be.
