Re: Does anyone know a catering hall.....
Check with FlowerfieldIt's one party at a time, and their rooms are HUGE. I don't know exactly what their capacity is for a wedding, but I know my dad has been at other non-wedding events there that were at least 400 people.

Re: Does anyone know a catering hall.....
Definitely check the Hyatt Windwatch and Carlyle. There are a few places that can hold around 350 out there as well if she actually has less than 400.

Re: Does anyone know a catering hall.....
definately call Floral Terrace, or Sand of Atlantic Beach. Sand of atlantic beach, almost seems undiscovered, and its beautiful, you have the whole private beach in the back to yourself to take pictures more or less. Both do one wedding at a time, and my family has dealt with both hall's and they have good service/value.

Giorgios
East Wind can hold a lot but does not do one wedding at a time
Oheka Castle
Carlyle on the Green
The Garden City Hotel
*I'm not sure what Flowerfield can hold but they are really big-- check them out, only one wedding
Those are the only ones I can think of: I saw Port Jeff CC as a suggestion, unless that is another place and I'm thinking of the wrong one-- I believe they can only hold like 180 MAX (meaning Lombardi's on the Sound) unless it's another place... good luck, HTH
I don't know if Lombardi's on the Sound (PJCC) can hold 400, but they defineatly hold more than 180. Their minimum for a Saturday night is 175
I think since Lombardi's took it over the rooms are bigger. I remember when it was just the PJCC, the rooms were different.
And, you can't go wrong with Giorgio's. I had my wedding there in February, they are AMAZING!

It's in the planning section in the tool bar on this site. I gave you the link. I narrowed it down to 1 event for 400 peoplehttp://www.liweddings.com/planning/location-guide.aspx?Weddings=1&Guests=400&Price=

villa lombardis?
oh wait thats not 1 wedding though!
ahhhh.......how many does North Ritz hold?? i loveeee that place!!
If you are guaranteeing 400 people then Villa Lombardi's will only have 1 wedding and open up the wall between the rooms.
NRC can hold up to 350.
HTH!!!

Yes, there are a lot of places that say they hold more than one event at a time but, it depends on the number of people at each event.
Where I'm having my wedding they say '2' but, I was told they only have one wedding at a time.

Re: Does anyone know a catering hall.....
I just chose Giorgio's...I went to 5 places, Giorgio's being the 2nd. We compared everything to Giorgio's also. I still have concerns though. I am inviting around 330, they say it can hold, but I saw the room set up for 300 don't know how more can fit. I also have heard that the food and service isn't great. Then on the other hand I hear it's wonderful. Can someone give me advice who has had a wedding there or been there for someone elses?

That can hold around 400 people, but only does 1 wedding at a time. BF just got engaged and is looking.
