We waited til our 1-year anniversary, and our cake tasted just fine .. and neither of us got sick. It was really kind of nice being able to take that step back in time. But, I do admit, I am a serious sentimentalist.

Im so glad that people brought this up...ours is sitting in my moms freezer...but maybe we will eat it over the holidys? I like that better than waiting another 9 months...
