The weight I thought I had lost at the Dr's office was back tonight, and then some.

I'm sad, but I think it might be due to the time of month (anything for an excuse, eh?

I weigh in on Saturday morning

Princessrose: dont worry. It happens. I too get really upset when I see I gained.

But it puts things into perspective. Did you eat a lot of junk food during the week, did you drink regular soda, etc....and of course that time of the month does play a role.

But dont worry. Just get back on track and you'll loose next week

I weighed in tonight and I'm down to 175.6! That's a total of 13 pounds on WW, and 16 pounds since I got my dress!
