Jessica McClintock has some bridal dresses that are pretty reasonable. I thought about getting them for my wedding, but was nervous, because I was the largest size and if it didn't fit, I could only get store credit.

The photo you posted is an Alfred Angelo dress - style #1755LS their website is

I know because my dress was an Alfred Angelo and it looked familiar to me!

Thank you. I went on there site that's were the pics from but even though I love the dress I cant afford to spend $700 for two gowns. I'll check Jessica McClintock though. I wish I knew where to get a coat like this and then I could find a white gown anywhere.

Did you look on BridePower under their megamarkdowns? Some beautiful dresses for $199 that are originally thousands!

Bridesave.com has a nice selection. You can view a few of the choices for doing a search under gowns....then use the pull down menu for sleeve and select 'Poet or Butterfly'.

This one is by Casablanca...it's more than $200 but it's worth taking a look at their selection

Have you thought of a white prom dress?
A friend of mine had two weddings and the first one was at the JOP and she wore a white prom dress. It looked great and no one knew when she showed us the pictures.

Hi!

David's bridal is reasonable. I found this on their website. I think it would look adorable for a vegas wedding. (Of course you wouldn't be wearing it with pink.)

Try Houseofbrides.com, Netbride.com, and Bridesave.com. Usually one will match the other so get quotes from all of them. I got a quote for a Christina Wu dress that was hundreds less than retail and HouseofBrides matched the quote that I got from Bridesave that was even cheaper.

Did you know The Wedding Center in Commack sells all their sample dresses for $99? Huge selection and all sizes. Davids Bridal had about 2 dresses for $99 during their sale. Anyway, if you go to the Wedding Center, say you saw on their website (www.twc-commack.com) that any sample dress is $99. Normally they are 1/2 off, but if you mention the site it is $99.

Estelle's on 110 in Farmingdale has a pretty good selection, decent prices too. I usually head there for a dress whenever I have a wedding to go to. They have a bridal section too.

Do you know what Chapel you are using? We went to Vegas on our HM and got our vows renewed at the Viva Las Vegas Chapel. We actually got them renewed by an Elvis impersonator, but they have beautiful ceremonies with a regular minister.

We are actually planning on doing it in the Venetian on one of their gondola rides, if that doesnt work out though we are going to the little white wedding chapel
