John and I had a great evening. I cooked him MY favorite dish (ok, he loves it too!)- chicken parm. I made the sauce fresh and bought fresh mozzarella. We had a nice salad and his favorite cookies for desert. We ate by candle light (how romantic!

) and just spent the time talking about how lucky we are to have each other. It was truly a great night.
