It's never too early or too late to change your mind. Just make sure that you don't have the girls order the dresses and then change your mind. I picked black dresses and will have burgundy red flowers so that there will be some color.

i saw a girls review where she had black dresses and then had different color rose bouquets for all the girls,...one held all yellow, one was all orange, one all white, etc. looked pretty
i thought maybe if i do ivory pink and red i can have one girl hold all pink, one hold all ivory, one all red and so on

my original plan was to get married on v-day but then i figured the halls might be more expensive and the flowers too so we went for the 20th instead. im a lil jealous you have my original wedding date

Aww don't be. Sunday just worked better for us...but our tradeoff is having to figure out how to have a nice, nearly flower-less wedding! We did have to pay $5 extra a head for the date...Let me know if you find any nice black-red-white decorations - I'll do the same!
