Floral Terrace

Hi everyone! I cannot tell you how nice it's been this past month getting involoved in this ChitChat board. While I have been asking friends, co-workers and family about reception halls, I've found my most honest critics right here!

Well, it seems that we are finally closing in on a reception hall. It's been quite a stressful month of searching and calculating costs. I know most of you know what I am talking about. I am looking for some more information about the Floral Terrace: food quality #1, service, etc.

Hi Jeannine. I went to a wedding there last year. I thought it was great. The food was excellent. I didnt see a problem with the raised dance floor. I actually thought it was a great idea. Guests didnt have to worry about dancing on top of someone who was seated and you didnt have to try to navigate the dance floor to get to the bathroom. I cant comment on the elevators because I was adventursome and took the stairs. Good Luck and I hope this helped!!

I JUST HAD MY WEDDING THERE AND I LOVED THE FLORAL TERRACE. THE RAISED DANCE FLOOR WAS THE SELLING POINT, SOMETHING THAT NOBODY ELSE HAD.. AND I WANTED TO BE SOMEWHAT DIFFERENT THE FOOD WAS GREAT IF YOU WANT TO PRIVATELY E-MAIL YOU I WILL TELL YOU MORE ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THE FLORAL TERRACE...

LOL - Thanks. Just want to have fun here with everyone. I think us brides are stressed or overwhelmed enough, don't you think? I know I am.

As far as how many to get you can put several at each table if you are presenting them in frames or in menu holders. Another way to do it that is nice as well is to have them inserted into the flap of a folded napkin and lay them on top of the plate at each place setting. In this case you would need one per person.
