I wasn't asking the '?' for me. It just wanted to hear what people say about it. I only got 2 gifts that were actually personalized and I would have loved more!

Registry or a GC to either store.

I'm picky in my tastes. Not necessarily expensive just I know what I like.

IMO, I'm not too big on the personalized tank tops, throws, etc., but that's just me. I'd rather get registry gifts in that case then. I wouldn't want people to spend a lot of money on the personalized things because some I believe are a waste of money. But again, it depends on what it is. A picture frame with our names might be nice but that's about as far as I would go.

Thanks everyone!!!! Just to clarify, b/c I did a really crappy job of explaining
I was talking more about the stuff that is actually personalized. Like a 'just married' tankini for the hm, or a ' Soon to be xxx' hoodie, a throw with both of their names and weddding date, etc.

I actually asked my mom to suggest those things to some people. I'm hoping I'll at least get the hoodie.
