Re: Friday's Question of the Day...

1. Have you ever been a bridesmaid?
I have never been a bridesmaid.

2. What's the most money you've ever spent on a dress?
I spent $200 on a dress last year.

3. Has this affected how much you want your girls to spend? (i.e. - such high priced dresses makes you want to search for lower priced for your girls!)
Not really. I wouldn't pick an expensive dress anyway.

1. Was a BM once and will be my sister's MOH in July 2006

2. I only spent $$ to have it altered! My friend worked in a bridal salon and bought the dress at a discounted price as our gifts. I spent $30 to have it altered!! It was beautiful and I have been able to wear it again.

3. Definitely, I don't want my girls spending a lot of money. I am looking at dresses that are not expensive and are comfortable.

Re: Friday's Question of the Day...

I was a Bm last year...will be again soon

I think I spent around $200 (including alterations

I don't want my BMs to have to spend more that $200 with the dress and alterations...my friends and I are 'all in the same boat' budget wise so I want to be as fair as possible

Re: Friday's Question of the Day...

i thought i was the only girl who has never been a bridesmaid. but i'm going to be a MOH in aug. go fig!

i really want to keep the dresses inexpensive. my sisters dresses are $165 w/alterations cap at 60. it seems a little high, but i know some dresses that start at $250 and imo thats just ridiculous. but, to each his own
