I did, but hated it and changed back into my shoes. My shoes were WAY MORE comfortable than the 'slippers'.

I wore ballet slippers the whole time, and was so grateful I did - they were incredibly comfortable.

I wore the same shoes all day. Honestly, I didn't even realize my feet hurt until the reception was over and I sat down in the bridal suite! I changed into my flip flops for the car ride home!

Me, too. Except I changed into another pair of heels for the after party.

Definately changing into flip flops right after the first dance. Plus I'm taking pics on the beach beforehand so I'll be wearing the flip flops then too.

I actually wore my shoes the whoe time and although my feet let out a huge sigh of relief when I took them off at the end of the night, it really wasn't bad 'during'. I was too busy to notice if my feet hurt beforehand but once I got into the car I noticed.

DITTO here.

I changed after the Hora, first dance, and father/daughter dance. My heels were really high so I got 3.5 inch white plaform flip flops...not too cute but I was so comfy and no one could see them under my dress. Best decision I made!!!

Re: Girls who are married . . . Did you change into bridal flip flops or comfy shoes at your reception?

I had alternative shoes to change into-- I thought after the ceremony I wouldn't make it through the night-- but, after the ceremony- I kicked off my shoes for a litttle- and then put them back on when we entered for our first dance-- and they were so comfortable- I kept them on all night.

My tip-- be prepared just in case-- but, do whatever feels right for you.

I actually brought my slippers, but I didn't put them on until I was leaving the reception. I made it the whole night on my 3.5 inch heels. I was very proud of myself.

PS Try wearing your shoes as much as you can around your house.

Yup. Totally changed into flip flops as soon as we were done with all of our pictures. I would not have made it through the night without them!

Re: Girls who are married . . . Did you change into bridal flip flops or comfy shoes at your reception?

Yes, I bought white sparkly flip flops and changed into them after the first dance. I thought I would be able to make it throughout the night because I always wear heels. I am so glad I bought those flip flops they saved me. Yes, my dress dragged but you will be suprised how many people step on your dress throughout the night. After a few drinks I did not care as much.

Nope. I wore Bridal Sneakers the whole day. Got so many compliments on them.
