what if you leave a cute poem for people to email the pics to you on like snapfish or something like that - this way it eliminates any cost to the guests for mailing the cds and the B&G for buying the CDs

That is a really cute idea! I would consider doing this but a) half of my guests don't even know how to get pictures fromt heir camera to the computer, and b) the ones who do know how, would never get around to it.

What we're thinking of doing is just having FH's bestman collect people's memory cards towards the end of the night, or at breakfast the next day and copying the pics to our laptop.... FH's friends had that done at their weddign and it worked out great.

is putting business cards asking that guest e-mail her the pics...

I feel the same way I can't see my guest doing this for me.
