Right now Excel, but I may put it up on WeddingChannel.com also to have a backup in case it crashes.

I had one list for the guest list and then a tab for another list for the shower.

Excel - I can sort it in different ways, columns for formal name, inner envelope name, address, STD, etc. etc., color coded it for his guests and mine. Different tab has my budget info. Got the sheet from my sister-in-law who got married two years ago. Works for me because I'm good with excel. When I update it I send a copy to work and save it there, as a backup.
