HAIR AND MAKEUP

I am getting married in Nov. and the only thing left for me to book is the officiant and a make-up and hair person.

Does anyone know of a person that does both hair and make-up? And that will come to me.

Like Arielle, we're paying for the wedding ourselves, too...and I will not compromise on pictures. (In fact, my fiance thought I was crazy for giving up a limo in order to have better pictures!)

Try Glamour @ your door Her name is Terri 795-0144. She just did my friends wedding and I made an appt with her to do a trial. Prices seemed reasonable and she'll come to you. Give her a buzz!! Let me know what happens

I spoke with Chuck as well. We are looking for a basic package with one album. Their package for an 8x10 album w/ 40 pic's/TY's/ 11x14 / and 5x7's for the bridal party was $ 3000. I have seen other places that have a similar package that start at half that. We have even decided against the video becase of our budget. One thing I love is candids and black and whites. And Fine Art really has the look we want. I hate the traditional posed weddding shots. One tip I've learned in this process is that we can have some of our favorite color shots transferred to black and white without costing us an additional photographer or charge. If anyone has any suggestions based on what we're looking for, please feel free to post. Am I the only one who feels like some of the prices us brides come across are ridiculous? :)

Where does the book for guests to sign go??? Is it at the church or just the reception? If it's next to the table cards, some people may miss it on their mission to find their name...so should there be a bridesmaid their to remind the guests? What do you think, or what are you planning???
