Hair and Makeup for 14 for an AM Wedding! HELP!

Hi All!

Original plan was to do hair and makeup for 9 of us at the hotel (Hyatt Place Garden City).

Several close fam members (grandmothers, aunts) on my fiance's side want in on hair/makeup because they are coming in from out of state.

Have to be at the venue at 9am for pictures (unfortunately can't be later for a variety of reasons).

Realizing we are going to need a literal team of people to get us together on schedule...

Would be extremely appreciative of any and all suggestions.

Also, I normally get my hair done at Lumara in Massapequa and booked a hair/makeup trial there for next week. Has anyone used them before for updo/makeup and if so, were you happy with the results?
