which would look better if someone had pin staight hair??? these are the hair styles i'm looking at....................

I think it depends how well your hair holds curls. If your pin straight hair can hold curls well do half up half down, if not I would recommend an updo.

I love the first one!!! I was thinking of trying that style as well. I also found a similar one in a pic of Katherine Zeta-Jones where her hair is half back and very loosly tied back with big curls. Soo pretty!

I love half up half down. I have the same concern. I'm just concerned that towards the end of the night my curls will look wilted and stringy. My hair is on the fine side. I'd like to have a trial which each look and see how the styles fare after 6 hours.

I have fine stick straight hair. I had my hair half up. I used hair extensions to add thickness & because they hold the curl better than my hair naturally would. It stayed all day.
