Going through ordeals that really test you (my mom's situation) really makes you realize who cares.

I am glad Tom is okay and they caught the creeps who were trying to flee the scene. I am sure those people never thought they hit off-duty cops!! Sorry about the car, but thankfully Tom was not hurt at all.

And your Mom

I am sure she will be just fine Cindy. Honestly. I mean it.
Please tell her that I am thinking about her and cannot wait to hear the news that all is okay
