I would say rather than aggrevate him completely and risk him declaring that he is not doing it at all, hold off until spring. Our situation is exactly the opposite...I'm doing Weight Watchers right now and would prefer to wait until spring, but FH wants the fall leaves. I figured I have gotten my was in 90% of the decisions for the wedding, so i'll let him win this one....
