I got quoted $169 for the BW in Riverhead for May... I tired to get the price to go down but they have the upper hand as there are no other hotels close.

I would definitely check in the area, not just Riverhead, I know there is a Hampton Inn on the LIE at exit 68 or 69. Call around, I kid you not about this. The Wyndham told me $350 to $500 for the suite no adjustments whatsoever, the Marriot said they would do the suite for $109 if I made my booking minimum. I called the Wyndham back and suddenly they did the suite for $109.
